Today is Bell Let’s Talk<\/a> Day and the Telecon team is proud to join in on our customer\u2019s efforts to help drive meaningful progress in mental health across Canada. To mark the occasion and help create positive change, Telecon is pleased to donate $10,000 to Kids Help Phone<\/a>, a national organization that provides mental health services to young people across the country via toll-free phone and text messages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Go to https:\/\/kidshelpphone.ca\/<\/a> if you too would like to donate to Kids Help Phone. 
 
Here are a few actions you can take on Bell Let\u2019s talk day to help create change:
 
C<\/strong>hoose a mental health organization to learn about or support
H<\/strong>elp a friend struggling with their mental health by learning how to support them
A<\/strong>sk about how your school, workplace or community is creating change for mental health
N<\/strong>urture your own well-being by practicing and learning mental health strategies
G<\/strong>et involved in a mental health initiative or organize an event to support mental health
E<\/strong>ngage in conversations about mental health to fight stigma
